Come join ACEC-CT in welcoming CT DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes. This will be the first time ACEC-CT has hosted the DEEP Commissioner. We are excited to hear from her and the initiatives at DEEP in her State of the DEEP Address.
ACEC-CT re-established a liaison committee with CT DEEP in April of 2021. Co-chairs, Dan Hageman and Devin Santa, meet with Jeff Caiola and Brian Thompson of the DEEP regularly. The committee is working to develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to share and disseminate information between the engineering community and the state regulators, and to improve communication, environmental processes and guidelines.
